Satchari National Park, Bangladesh. For adventure travel

Satchari National Park is a imagine and attractive national park in Bangladesh. In Sylhet division, there are three national park is situated. Among this three national park, Satchari National Park is a second highest and beautiful park. Satchari National Park is mainly a jungle. The total land of Satchari National Park is 243 hectares (600 acres). 

Satchari National Park is situated in Raghunandan hill, under paikpara union, Chunarughat Upazila, Habiganj district. Habiganj is a district of Sylhet division. You can easily come in Habiganj from Dhaka by bus. You can also come in Habiganj by train. But if you come here by train than you must be stop in Shayestagonj. Because Habiganj town has no railway station. That’s why you must stop in Shayestagonj station. Than you have to go Shayestagonj to Habiganj by bus or CNG auto rickshaw. But Shayestagonj to Habiganj distance is not much. May be it will be almost 16 kilometers. Whatever, if you reach in Habiganj than you can reach in Satchari National Park. But if you want than you can also reach in Satchari National Park from Shayestagonj. Because Satchari National Park is situated in nearby Shayestagonj. For reach Satchari National Park from Habiganj it will be take almost one hour. But if you come from Shayestagonj than may be it will be take just 40-50 minutes. But there is a problem, because there is no local transport to reach Satchari National Park from Habiganj and Shayestagonj. You just reach in Chunarughat Upazila from Habiganj or Shayestaganj by local transport. That means if you want to go Satchari National Park than you have to rent vehicles. If you go there without rent vehicles than may be you will fall in trouble. So it’s really better for you if you rent vehicles to visit Satchari National Park. In Satchari National Park, you won’t get any hotel for stay. But you will get a rest house in Satchari National Park. But if you want to stay this rest house than you must get a permission of district forest office. So if you want to stay this rest house than I suggest that take a permission before visit Satchari National Park. Whatever, if you don’t want to stay this rest house than you can stay in Shayestaganj. But there is no good hotel in Shayestaganj. So if you want to stay in good hotel than you have to go in Habiganj. Because habiganj has a good hotel for stay. Another information for you that, you won’t get any restaurant for eat in Satchari National Park. So if you won’t bring any food with you for eat than you will be get trouble. So before go Satchari National Park you have to bring your food with you. In Habiganj and Shayestaganj, you will find a good restaurant. So if you want than you can bring with your food from this restaurant. But in Satchari National Park or behind the Satchari National Park you can find some little shop or tea stall. So you can take some snacks in this shop. 

In Satchari National Park, you can find various kinds of birds. Satchari National Park is mainly a bird’s park. Not only birds there are various kinds of green trees also available in Satchari National Park. Behind this birds and trees there are some animals also live in Satchari National Park. There are nice monkeys always plays in this park. Behind this Satchari National Park, there are nine tea gardens also situated. So if you visit Satchari National Park than you can also visit this tea gardens. That means you can also enjoy tea gardens beauty behind the Satchari National Park tour.
