Patenga beach is a long and largest beach in Chittagong district. Patenga beach is located 14 kilometers south of the Chittagong port city. After reaching Chittagong bus stand, than you can rent CNG auto rickshaw and micro bus for visit Patenga beach. From Chittagong bus stand to Patenga beach distance is minimum 18 kilometers. So if you rent vehicles to go Patenga beach than it will be take 25-35 minutes. In Patenga beach, if you want to pass a few days than you can do it. Because there are many two star and three star hotel also situated in Patenga beach. So if you want than you can stay this type of hotel. But if you don’t want this type of hotel than you can stay in Chittagong city. Because you can find many hotels better than Patenga beach in Chittagong city. There are available restaurants and Chinese restaurants in Patenga beach. So you don’t have to bring your food with you. You can take your breakfast, lunch and dinner in this restaurants. 

In Patenga beach, you can see a great sea. This sea name is Bongopo Sagor. In this sea, you can see the blue water. You can also do a speed boat journey in this sea. Before reaching Patenga beach, you can get an area called 15 no. if you go this place than you can see a small and largest ship in Sea. If you want than you can also visit this ship.
